The art of acting continues to change and develop. Konstantin Stanislavski's acting method, which introduced a systematic approach to this art, is also evolving. Stanislavski's System is based on an understanding of acting that aligns with the laws of nature. As human beings, who are an integral part of nature, strive to adapt to evolving scientific, sociological, and philosophical conditions, their interpretation of natural laws changes. Consequently, the concept of realism in theater takes on a new dimension. In "The Theatrical Gap: Dramatic Persona", Assist. Prof. Tuğrul Karanfil analyzes Stanislavski's System, integrates it with contemporary terminology, and introduces his preferred method of role analysis by combining Stanislavski and Shakespeare. This work is aimed at anyone interested in the art of acting.
